Privacy: What This Site Collects, and What It Doesn't

Short on purpose. A tree referral doesn't need much from you, and this site doesn't take more than it needs.

What does this site collect?

Two things, and only when you hand them over: whatever you type into the estimate form, and whatever you say on a call to the number. Everything else is a visit counter.

What's on the form?

Name, phone, town, the service you want, and a few words about the tree. The contact page sends that to us as an email. From there it goes to a single Greenville-area tree company, which phones you and writes the estimate; Greenville Tree Pros may be paid a fee by that company for the introduction. Nobody else gets your request, a copy stays in our email, and there is no newsletter to add you to.

Are calls recorded?

They can be. Calls to (864) 501-0549 may be recorded and transcribed — partly so the estimate reflects the tree you actually described, partly so we can hear how the call was handled. South Carolina lets one party to a call consent to recording, and that party is us. Would rather skip it? Use the form instead; the tree company that receives it follows up directly, un-recorded.

What runs in the background?

Google Analytics, which counts visits, notes the pages read, and registers a tap on a phone link, using cookies of its own. And Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and sets no cookie. Both answer one question — is this site useful? Neither follows you around the internet with tree ads. No pixels, no remarketing, no chat bubble.

Do you keep payment details?

No. Nothing is bought or paid for on this site; money changes hands with the tree company after the work. Separately, the host that serves these pages and the carrier that runs the phone number keep the ordinary logs any host and carrier keep, under their own terms.

Can I have my details removed?

Yes. Call and say so, and it's done on our side. The tree company your request went to keeps its own copy, so ask them too.
